Lake Marina Tower is a 50-year-old 18 story condominium property. Property One provides property management services to the Association and oversees its maintenance programs. We recently completed a slew of major projects including a roof replacement and a complicated drainage redesign and installation caused by the devastation of Hurricane Ida.
